Streaming video is more fun than still pictures, but there can sometimes be transmission problems due to the nature of the Internet.  Here's how you can solve them. 

You may see a message that says the VivoActive video contains an error and the VivoActive player cannot interpret it.  If you see this error, clear your browser cache and reload or refresh the page.  If you don't know how to clear your browser cache, click here

You may also experience slow downloads.  At certain times of the day (usually during the business day when Internet traffic is at its highest), you may experience Internet congestion, and you may not see this on every website you visit.  I urge you to visit again at a later time when the congestion has cleared.
